His musical path has developed through different scenes and contexts over the years. He mainly plays vinyl and works across Minimal, Electro, EBM, proggy house and Breaks. His sets are built with attention to rhythm, structure and transitions, prioritising flow and long-form storytelling over quick impact or genre-driven selections. A genuine love for music and record digging sits at the core of his approach, guiding his selections and the way each set unfolds. Emu was also a resident for two years at UMI Brussels. Alongside DJing, he is involved in Cosmic Motion, a Brussels-based initiative focused on developing music-related projects. For Emu, DJing is about selecting and connecting records in a way that serves the space, the moment and the people listening.
