Hobin Rude is a 27 year old Serbian progressive house artist based in Belgrade.
In an endless quest for deeper meaning, his music is anchored in rhythm and propelled by intricate sonic textures - yet it lingers in the shadows, forever elusive, where mystery reigns.
Over a brief period of time, with over 250 tracks released on 100+ record labels, mysterious and highly intriguing progressive house as his hallmark and his strong work ethic and attention to detail have brought him releases on prestigious record labels such as SUDBEAT, Renaissance, The Soundgarden, Mango Alley, UV, Meanwhile, PlattenBank, Hoomidaas, Solis Records, Proton, Vapour, Movement Recordings, ICONYC & UNIVACK - while becoming irreplaceable in the sets of legendary DJ's who seek out his work.
His music is regularly supported by industry giants such as Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Sasha, John Digweed, Nick Warren, Danny Tenaglia, Eelke Kleijn, Henry Saiz, Patrice Bäumel, Guy Mantzur, Jeremy Olander, Max Graham, Stan Kolev, John 00 Fleming, Armen Miran, Ezequiel Arias, Dmitry Molosh, Jerome Isma-Ae, Khen, Nicolas Rada, Roger Martinez, Mariano Mellino, Alex O'Rion, Marcelo Vasami and many more.
Speaking of his DJ life, his tours have taken him all around the globe - from Serbia to Netherlands (including performances at Exit Festival’s legendary Dance Arena and equally prestigious Amsterdam Dance Event) - as well as from Argentina to the United Kingdom, Spain to Italy, Armenia to Sri Lanka, Norway to Pakistan, Russia to India, Romania to Malta and a lot more, delivering deep and timeless sets to dancefloors throughout.
Along the way, he has shared the stage with some of the world’s most renowned artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Solomun, Sasha, John Digweed, Nick Warren, Guy J, Henry Saiz, Yotto, Guy Mantzur, Roy Rosenfeld and many others, which furtherly explains how deeply respected he is in the world of electronic music.
As of October 2025, he has also started his own record label - Rude Resonance Records, dedicated to releases that explore mysterious and melancholic sides of Progressive House.
Label's mission is to connect raw emotion and sophisticated sound design, leading listeners to the deeper states of electronic music.
The label is also accompanied by a monthly radio show, Rude Resonance Radio, hosted by HR himself.
