DWSM San Francisco DWSM's music blends the sounds of Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and the Mediterranean with the electronic beats and syncopated melodies of drum machines and analog synthesizers. Raised internationally with a childhood in Saudi Arabia, DWSM was steeped in the sounds of the Middle East from an early age. At six he started playing classical piano and a few years later the trumpet, with synthesizers and electronic music changing the course of his life in his teenage years. Groovy yet energetic his sets draw on a range of genres including deep house, afro and afrolatin, indie dance, and organic house.
