Inmost Ego Athens Inmost Ego were founded in 2005 with youthful enthusiasm, and their music reflected the desire to honor their musical heroes (Anathema, Paradise Lost, etc.). After a series of live gigs in various music stages at Athens, in 2007 they released the demo "A Moment Before", receiving positive reviews from the music community. In their effort to develop their sound, they started composing their first album "...To The End" which was released in 2011. After its release and looking at the future of the band, they realized that conforming to the childhood heroes’ music was over and they wanted to create something that had its own unique sound and identity. The two founding members (Abraham, Miltos) met musicians with the same vision and desires (Vasilis, Kostas, Giannis), and thus a new chapter began that led to the release of the LP album "Looking Back At The End Of The World". The new LP is dark, atmospheric and progressive, with post-punk, heavy and electronic elements, while the lyrics reflect existential issues and explore the darkest aspects of the human psyche. Each member contributes to both music and lyrics, with the final result being a musical reflection of themselves.
